Introduction to Main Modules

1.4.1 Unwinding mechanism

 

Roll the scroll:

Compatible with foil winding machines; (The scroll is provided by Party A)
Can be used for 76.2mm/152mm, through key inflation shaft, used for rewinding

Lock the scroll:

Two cylinder control pins automatically lock bearings

Roll diameter for unwinding:

Max.Φ750mm

Tension control:

Tension range: 0-1000N

Tension control accuracy: ± 0.4N
Tension control mode: servo motor torque mode, closed-loop control

Pattern adjustment roller:

After unwinding, there are pattern adjustment rollers that can be adjusted in both X and Y directions;
The pattern adjustment roller has two sets of linear guide rails for guidance. The first round of selection drives the screw to adjust, and there is a scale on the side to display the adjustment amount

Unwinding and deviation adjustment mechanism:

The unwinding seat is equipped with a screw nut mechanism, which can adjust the unwinding movement by rotating the handwheel, and can be aligned forward, backward, left, right, and centered;
Non transmission side unwinding bearings can also be adjusted longitudinally;
Horizontal adjustment range: 100mm

1.4.2 Cutting mechanism

1. Host components:

frame:

40mm steel plate+support tube connection, welded base, surface painted treatment;

Traction guide roller:

Ø Driven roller: The surface of the aluminum roller is treated with superhard anodizing, and the roller surface is non mirror. Dynamic and static balance correction 2g, with diameters of 200mm and 160mm, and an effective length of 1650mm

Ø Power roller: Steel roller plated with hard chromium, dynamic and static balance corrected by 2g, diameter of 200mm, effective length of 1650mm

Ø Traction rubber roller: Steel core wrapped with EPDM rubber, controlled by 2 adjustable stroke cylinders for compression, and equipped with a pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge; Rubber roller diameter of 120mm, length of 1650mm

Cutting device:

Ø Blade specification 80 * 30 * 0.5mm;

Ø Each machine is equipped with 5 sets, and each independent cutting blade component is independently driven to rotate by a stepper motor;

Ø The cutting method is manual cutting; (The lithium motor station is equipped with 6 automatic cutting systems, with an accuracy of 0.005mm, digital display, fully automatic cutting, and memory function. It can be searched according to customer names, save 150 sets of size order data, and can be retrieved and used at any time without the need for further adjustment or setting.)

Ø Each cutting blade component is equipped with a suction nozzle to suck copper powder, and the whole machine is equipped with an industrial vacuum cleaner;

Ø Effective width of slitting: 180-1580mm;

Ø The cutting blade is equipped with a protective cover, and the protective area of the circular blade protective cover is ≥ 50%;

Ø The cutting blade component can be easily disassembled and assembled;

Ø One blade groove roller with a diameter of 200mm; Slot width, edge width, slot depth: 0.75 * 0.75 * 1.5, effective length 1650mm, surface coated with hard chrome

Roll up device:

Ø Roll up: 2 sets of 3 "(76.2mm) key type pure metal specialized roll up rolls (each with a load-bearing capacity of 1000kg standard foil, shared by lithium batteries); 2 sets of 6 "(152mm) key type pure metal specialized winding reels per unit (each with a load-bearing capacity of 1000kg)·

Ø Two sets of upper and lower winding devices, independently driven by servo motors;

Ø Maximum roll diameter: Max.450mm;

Ø Each upper and lower winding is equipped with one set of winding approaching rollers, which track the winding according to the change in winding diameter. Two rollers, four linear guides, two cylinders, and two pairs of gears and racks are used to detect changes in roll diameter through infrared electric eyes, allowing for real-time detection of roll diameter;

Ø Can be rewound on a single axis and can be reversed in both directions;

Ø Roll up slide rail loading and unloading, capable of automatic weighing and displaying weight;

Ø The end face of the finished roll has no color difference, and the end face is neat and shiny;

Ø Standard foil slitting machine equipped with double-sided dust removal and adhesive wheel mechanism

Bait roll up:

Ø Ear material shaft: 3-inch tile type inflatable shaft;

Ø Roll up one set of bait on each side;

Ø Automatic feeding mechanism with bait roll, consisting of two cylinders, a pushing plate, and a guide rod;

Transmission system:

The main power is driven by a 5.5KW 5:1 deceleration frequency conversion dedicated motor combined with a 5.5KW frequency converter (with PG vector control and self-locking function).

Ø The power roller and blade groove roller are connected in series by a synchronous belt and synchronous wheel, and are uniformly driven by the main traction servo motor;

Ø The upper and lower winding shafts are driven by two servo motors and gear racks respectively;

Ø The upper and lower approach rollers are driven by two servo motors and gear racks respectively;

Ø The left and right bait reels are driven by two servo motors;

Ø 5 sets of independent slitting knives, driven by 5 stepper motors for rotation;

Dust prevention device:

The top of the host is designed with a transparent dust-proof ceiling, covering all foil areas

Lighting fixtures:

Install LED light strips or incandescent tubes in the unwinding, slitting, and rewinding positions

Emergency stop:

There are emergency stop buttons on both sides of the roll up

 

2. Rolling Department:

Roll up method:

Central surface winding, dual axis synchronous transmission, capable of single axis rewinding. Two 5.5KW servo motors are used in conjunction with a 5.5KW servo driver (with PG vector control and self-locking function) to control winding. Configure 4 sets of winding proximity axis controlled linear cylinders. Roll up slide rail loading and unloading device. Configure the winding reel proximity mechanism, with two sets of infrared eye detection for forward, backward, and inch control systems

Roller specifications:

Pressure rollers are installed above both inflation shafts, with one set of A-axis pressure arms and two sets of B-axis pressure arms with a diameter of 80mm. The aluminum core is coated with EPDM, and the length requirement is determined by our company. Each lithium battery machine is equipped with pressure rollers with sizes of 800mm * 1, 600mm * 2, 1000mm * 1, and 1500mm * 1

Control method:

Controlled by the cylinder to rise and fall.

Installation method:

Quick pressing and locking method, easy to disassemble and replace

Scroll up:

1. 3 "(76.2mm) key type pure metal specialized winding reel 2 pieces/set (each can support 300kg standard foil, shared by lithium battery)
2 6 "(152mm) key type pure metal specialized winding reel, 2 pieces/set (each with a load capacity of 800kg)

Roll up weighing:

The winding area is equipped with online weighing function, with a maximum load of less than 1T, digital display with calibration, and an accuracy of 0.1KG

Collection requirements:

The winding can be set according to the roll diameter and meter number, and the automatic deceleration and shutdown function will be activated when the roll diameter or meter number is set.
